The biggest breaks in your career don't always arrive as grand announcements or formal invitations

Be Present
Often, the most meaningful opportunities appear as small, everyday moments. It might be a quick conversation, an unexpected question, or a chance to help out on something outside your usual routine.
Often, the most meaningful opportunities appear as small, everyday moments. It might be a quick conversation, an unexpected question, or a chance to help out on something outside your usual routine. Yet we are often too distracted, focused on our devices, or simply filling our day with busywork to notice these opportunities when they arise. Even if we catch a glimpse, we quickly turn our attention back to the next task or notification, and the moment slips away, forgotten in the flow of busyness.
Being present changes this. When you bring your full attention to the moment, you start to notice the subtle invitations and possibilities others miss. Presence helps you sense the energy in the room, catch the small ask that could change your path, and spot the opening that might otherwise go unseen.
What looks like luck from the outside is often the result of noticing the open door others miss. Those who are present are not just lucky. They are prepared to see and step into what is possible.
Every so-called 'lucky break' is just another link in a chain built by saying yes to the opportunities directly in front of you.

Try This

Keep Going
Keep showing up, even when it feels ordinary. Luck finds those who are prepared and present.
